CV Nu

Terms

Last updated: 2026-05-11.

1. Agreement party and contact

Paul Hellfalk provides the service as an individual hobby activity. Support, contractual and legal contact: support@cv-nu.se. These terms apply to CV Nu at https://cv-nu.se and related domains operated for the same service.

2. The service

The service provides accounts, resume building, templates, storage, preview, import, AI-assisted structuring where enabled, export/PDF features and paid access to selected functions. The service is a tool for creating job application material and does not guarantee employment, interviews or a specific outcome.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for protecting login credentials and for content uploaded or saved in the service. You may not use the service for illegal content, infringement, automated overload, scraping, payment circumvention or attempts to access other users data.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to resume text, documents, profile images and other material you upload or create. You give the service the permission needed to store, process, render, export and otherwise handle the material so the requested functions can be delivered.

5. AI-assisted import and suggestions

AI-assisted functions may structure imported text, suggest wording or map content into resume sections. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final resume before using it.

6. Payments and access

Paid features are handled through Stripe. The current model is account-based one-time purchases only: Basic costs $9.99 and includes 5 PDF downloads, and Premium costs $14.99 and includes 10 PDF downloads plus access to old-resume import. Both apply on the account for 30 days. VAT is not charged because the activity is currently not VAT registered. If VAT registration or prices change, the checkout flow will show that before payment.

7. Digital content and right of withdrawal

You can test the service for free with a watermark before purchase. Paid access is delivered immediately after payment. Through a separate confirmation in checkout, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Access, downloads and deletion

A one-time purchase applies only to the resume selected for that purchase. Download access ends after 30 days or when the download allowance has been used. You can export data and request account deletion from the account page. Some information may need to be retained longer for payment, security or legal reasons.

9. Availability and backups

The provider aims for stable operation, backups and recovery ability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free PDF/export generation. You should keep independent copies of important final documents.

10. Support and complaints

Support requests and complaints can be sent to support@cv-nu.se. Describe the account, purchase and issue clearly so it can be investigated. Mandatory consumer complaint rights are not limited by these terms.

11. Suspension

Access may be limited, suspended or closed if the account is used in breach of these terms, creates security risk, violates law or has unresolved payment issues. Where reasonably possible, the user can export content before permanent closure unless security or legal reasons prevent it.

12. Liability

The service is provided as a resume and application-material tool. To the extent allowed by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost business value, lost job opportunities or consequences of using unreviewed AI-generated or imported content.

13. Changes

The terms may be updated when the service, payment model, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated in a reasonable way before they apply to existing paid access when required by law.

14. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies unless mandatory consumer protection in another country gives you stronger rights. Consumers can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the competent consumer authority. Disputes can also be handled by a competent court.
